Stephen Andrews, an IT Director and member of Frontrunners NY, didn't think he was capable of running. While following his Weight Watchers plan, he earned his "points" by walking on a treadmill. That all changed one day when his partner's sister convinced him to go on a short run together. Over 50lbs and 11 marathons later, Stephen's unexpected love of running turned a weight loss journey into an adventure filled with friendship, fulfillment and even local fame. Known by his peers as "Stevie Wonderful" for his lovable smile and spirit, Stephen's running accomplishments include a sub-4 hour marathon and winning the Foot Locker Five Borough Challenge at the 2018 NYC Marathon for his home borough of Brooklyn.
